Terms of Use for WorkieHub ERP.

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the WorkieHub ERP web portal, mobile application, HRMS modules, attendance features, payroll tools, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WorkieHub, you agree to these Terms of Use and the WorkieHub Privacy Policy. If you use WorkieHub on behalf of a business, employer, or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that the organization is responsible for its users, settings, policies, and data.

2. Purpose of the Platform

WorkieHub is provided for business workforce management, including HR administration, attendance, camera-backed verification, GPS-enabled attendance or field reporting, leave, payroll preparation, shift management, device governance, employee records, loan workflows, approvals, reporting, and related operational functions.

3. Authorized Users and Accounts

  • Users must access WorkieHub only through accounts, roles, and permissions assigned to them.
  • Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under their account.
  • Administrators must ensure that employee records, salary data, statutory information, and attendance rules are accurate and lawfully maintained.
  • Unauthorized access, credential sharing, impersonation, reverse engineering, tampering, or misuse of the platform is prohibited.

4. Camera and Location Features

WorkieHub may use camera and GPS location features in the mobile app for attendance verification, geofencing, employee identity support, field workforce operations, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and employer-authorized workplace compliance.

Employers are responsible for informing employees about the use of these features, obtaining any required consent, defining workplace policies, and ensuring that monitoring or verification practices comply with applicable laws and employment obligations.

5. Customer and Employer Responsibilities

  • Maintain lawful HR, payroll, attendance, camera, GPS, and employee data practices.
  • Configure roles, access controls, business locations, shifts, salary structures, and approval flows responsibly.
  • Use WorkieHub only for legitimate business purposes and not for unlawful surveillance, harassment, discrimination, or unauthorized tracking.
  • Review generated reports and payroll outputs before relying on them for salary, compliance, or disciplinary decisions.
  • Comply with employment, tax, data protection, wage, audit, and workplace laws applicable to the organization.

6. Data, Cloud Hosting, and Security

WorkieHub stores platform data in cloud infrastructure with Indian origin and India-focused data residency intent. The service uses practical security controls to protect business and employee information, including role-based access, system safeguards, and operational controls appropriate for a cloud ERP environment.

No cloud service is risk-free. Users and administrators must use strong passwords, restrict access, keep devices secure, and promptly report suspected misuse or security incidents.

7. Acceptable Use

  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized content.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scan, breach, or bypass WorkieHub systems.
  • Do not misuse employee data, camera images, GPS data, payroll information, or business reports.
  • Do not use WorkieHub to violate privacy, employment, data protection, cyber security, or workplace laws.

8. Intellectual Property

WorkieHub, including its product design, workflows, interface, branding, source code, documentation, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property rights. Users receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the platform for authorized business purposes.

9. Service Changes and Availability

WorkieHub may be improved, updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued as required for product development, security, maintenance, legal compliance, hosting changes, or business reasons. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WorkieHub and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business-loss damages arising from use of the platform. Employers remain responsible for final HR, payroll, compliance, disciplinary, and operational decisions made using WorkieHub data.

11. Termination or Restriction

Access may be suspended or restricted if there is suspected misuse, unauthorized access, non-payment, legal risk, security risk, policy violation, or any use that may harm the platform, users, employees, or business customers.
